DUTCH INFLUENCE SEMINAR INTRODUCING TIM PEETERS /NL/ IS FOCUSED ON REDUCING TRANSPORT INTENSITY AND SUSTAINABLE URBAN MOBILITY.

This seminar is organised by NEXT Institute and it is a part of its research track Urban Dynamics which explores the mechanisms and strategies of urban mobility.

Introducing applied research projects of urban mobility in the Urban Dynamics lab and current projects in the Czech Republic.

The goal of this seminar is to discuss the methods of reducing the transport intensity, implementation of sustainable mobility principles and their financing, and possible transfer of foreign models to the Czech Republic.

Lecture and discussion will be in English.
